Professional baseball in Esteli.  Each main city in Nicaragua has a team.  Games are played Friday thru Sunday, with double headers on Sunday.  The players have jobs during the week day!  Notice the free seats in the outfield trees.

I discovered the best cake I've ever had at a Cuban restaurant in Esteli, Nicaragua. This cake was so good, I bought several over the month I was there working!!  Custard, chocolate, coconut, and some kind of white icing that was to die for.
